What these sessions look like
Three formats, one rule: everything demonstrated is something we would run in production ourselves.
Build labs
A working session, not a webinar. We pick one real architecture — a telemetry pipeline, a Flutter release setup — and build it live while you follow along with the same repo.
Architecture teardowns
We take a system apart on screen: what held, what broke, what we would change. Sessions come from projects we actually shipped, including the parts that were wrong the first time.
Open office hours
Bring your stack. Small-group Q&A on Flutter, Firebase, IoT, AI integration, or a design system that outgrew its spreadsheet — answered by the engineers who work in it daily.
